I’m an intellectual and analytical thinker, always planning my next logical steps towards my goal. And though I am quite spiritual privately, I never connected my other kind of “intelligence” or awareness to my work. Until Kritte took me to the future of my organization in its biggest potential – beyond what I could perceive myself, or what I had dared to embrace. From here, I clearly saw which mindsets had been holding me back. Kritte taught me mind-mastery and I felt myself changing, and comfortably embracing this newfound potential.

Once I started combining science with consciousness in my work everything else started falling into place and synchronicities started to happened. My vision has expanded (still is) and my mission, strategy and execution is no longer the same.

I now increasingly enjoy the process rather than feeling overwhelmed with the never-ending work.

Social change and transformations never just happen. Whole systems transform when individuals first transform – the latter is the necessary gateway for the former. What you show up as, small scale, determines what you are capable of creating, large scale.

As a changemaker, chances are that you focus on your vision and career while compromising your wellbeing, leaving you feeling disconnected and incomplete. Depleted. You may have success in terms of a career and awards, but do not feel successful and fulfilled inside. Stresses, fears, and trauma can weigh heavily on us and cloud our judgment and decision-making. Our mind is in a fog when we’re overwhelmed. In such a state, you’re not much good to yourself, let alone the rest of the world.

Robust resilience

Inner wellbeing is more than freedom from stress and pain. True wellbeing is a powerful inner baseline of feeling centered and joyful, regardless of what is happening to you. It is a robust state of being from which you are able to operate, observe and respond from a place of clarity and power. In such a zone, rather than suffering from the inevitable curve balls that life is constantly throwing, you are able to thrive in the face of them.

Social change

Your inner wellbeing is the engine that drives all positive change around you, setting in motion ripples that can have real, lasting systemic impact.
So the world you long to create outside depends on the world you are first willing to create inside. And it is a job of creation! Fortunately, the ability to reprogram yourself – the ability to reprogramme your own neural pathways for inner wellbeing – can be learned. It relies only on a choice. A high-impact choice. ‘Change your mind’

When you first start realizing your vision, the task is all consuming. As you move forward however, it becomes more obvious that you don’t have all the answers; at some point it is even hard to keep going. Some of the most impactful work I do with leaders of social change is to help them – quite literally – “change their mind”. With a changed mindset, the lens through which you view everything changes. Which, in turn, changes everything. You begin to see remarkable opportunities instead of limitations. Your driving force becomes curiosity, not fear. And you move from temporary problem solver to possibility creator.
