The essence of my life is transformation – both personal and organizational.  It defines who I am and what I bring to the world. I didn’t choose this path; it chose me.

Today, as I listened to the whispers of the Ganges, this truth resonated stronger than ever.

No one ever built a smartphone using a team of landline engineers.

How did Kodak go from the top of the photography world to a relic of the past? They clung to the old way, ignoring the experts who warned of the digital revolution.

Trying to create something new with outdated thinking is like building a smartphone with extension cables and rotary dials.

The future demands forward thinking. There is no compromise. We step up or step aside.

As my time at the foothills of the Himalayas comes to an end, Ganga’s lesson is clear: to flow with her current, you must surrender completely.

You can’t ask Ganga to slow down or change her course to your whimsical desires. You either commit fully, or you don’t.
